OVERVIEW

The RF0 wheel is a flow-formed alloy that’s lightweight yet exceptionally strong, designed in-house at Revo HQ in the UK. Flow forming is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies to enter the wheel industry. Flow Forming Technology involves the application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel while spinning and after it has been cast. This process stretches and compresses the aluminium, which increases tensile strength. In this respect, the process shares similar properties to those found in the forging process. The final product is lighter, stronger, has increased elongation, and much greater shock resistance as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels.

Whilst the RF0 wheel shares a similar design concept to our previous generation RV0, the more advanced manufacturing process offered through flow forming allows for more definition in the design, particularly noticeable in the spokes and rim edge fillets.

By reducing the weight of your wheels ‘unsprung weight’ your suspension starts to have a much easier time. Each bump can be controlled more quickly and easily. This helps keep your tyre in contact with the road for longer, which is obviously great news for car control and braking. Reducing the ‘rotational mass has its benefits too.

A classic/timeless motorsport look featuring an embossed Revo logo and branded centre cap to compliment the subtle styling.

OVERVIEW

The 19” cast alloy is a lightweight yet exceptionally strong wheel, designed in-house at Revo HQ and manufactured by OE Manufacturer and Motorsport specialist Rimstock making it a truly British product. Utilising the low-pressure casting process used in the production of Rimstock’s tried-and-tested motorsport wheels, we were able to produce a timeless motorsport classic that could perform where it matters most; on the road.

As with all Revo products, the performance was a key factor in our design requirements. With an impressive weight of 10kg, the RV019 is one of the lightest 19 x 8.5 cast wheels available, offering a huge reduction in unsprung mass over a factory wheel. The 10 spoke design not only looks great but is designed to clear your Revo big brake kit and offer more efficient cooling to the brake system than other wheel designs. On top of the performance and aesthetic qualities, our RV019 also comes with full TÜV approval.

With a classic motorsport, look featuring an embossed Revo logo and branded centre cap to compliment the subtle styling, the wheel is available in a choice of High Gloss Black or Matt Anthracite.

Fitting Note: We recommend when fitting the RV019 wheel that a minimum tyre width of 235 is used, if a smaller width is fitted and damage is sustained which is deemed to be as a result of the incorrect tyre fitted and not a manufacturer defect, your warranty will be void.
