As part of our expanding Fiesta Mk8/8.5 platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our Stage 3 intercooler kit for the ST.

Our Stage 3 intercooler upgrade with stepped core design is suitable for modified Mk8/8.5 Fiesta ST owners who want the very highest level of cooling efficiency, perfect for track or fast road use. Best suited for highly modified vehicles, you will need sufficient software and hardware to make full use of the Stage 3 intercooler.

This freer-flowing intercooler features a full size, single-pass core design that covers the full width of the vehicle’s grille area. The stepped core is 80mm in depth in the lower section and 40mm in depth in the upper section that fits neatly in front of the standard crash bar and behind the bumper with no modification required. This offers a massive 317% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler, as well as a huge 214% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the most of the air flow provided.

Together with our high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume over standard.

Available in a high-quality powder coated black finish, the comprehensive kit is a direct replacement and attaches to the original boost pipes and clips. It comes complete with all fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed fitting instructions.
