We treat the 3dr to Airtecs biggest Intercooler & radiator all supplied in Pro-series satin Black finish.

Our 70mm Airtec Intercooler has one of the biggest cores on the market for RS500 style intercoolers and it fits without any modding.

Before fitting the radiator we also fitted one of our AutoSpecialists twin fan Upgrade kits, using high quality Itailian fans, this is a great upgrade for any Cosworth.

Simply bolts to existing holes on the radiator.

Before fitting the radiator we also fitted one of our AutoSpecialists twin fan Upgrade kits, using high quality Itailian fans, this is a great upgrade for any Cosworth. We add an Airtec logo to the upper part of the Intercooler by using a template, then spaying it with the desiered colour, looks a little high at the moment, but it will make sense soon enough.

Ronnies Cosworth runs 4x4 cooling system, so we upgraded all his hoses with our new PRO-HOSES in gloss black, made from 4 or 5 ply silicon design these hoses are designed to last.

No printed logos so they match any other make hoses in your engine bay.
