AutoSpecialsits Gen2 RS Turbo CVH/ZVH Tubular manifold for T3 & T34 'turbo spools up earlier'

The ford manifold is o.k. but due to cost, fords had to fit a cast manifold and due to this reason the cast manifold has restrictions on were no. 2 &3 join together, on our Tubular manifold this is 4 pipes and increases flow which in turn increases power.

No other modifications are needed to fit this manifold, keep your original down pipe and everything joins up like normal, your even able to fit a turbo heatshield.

Keeps turbo in original position and Increases power by up to 20 bhp, on testing we saw a 15 bhp increase compared to the standard ford manifold

Testing, We took our Airtec test car (fiesta turbo) to torque of the devil and tested our tubular manifold.

Results. With the standard ford cast manifold the power reading was 223bhp, then we went away and fitted our tubular manifold and then did another power run which came out at an amazing 238bhp 'a increase of 15bhp by simply bolting on the manifold'.

Comes with all necessary gaskets and bolts to be able to fit. Please note the manifold we discolour over time due to the heat.

As fitted to Devil Developments 398bhp Zetec Turbo 'Zetec head was modified to take CVH Flange'.
