Please note. This kit can only be fitted when the vehicle has been fitted with a Front mount Air to Air Intercooler conversion i.e. Airtec, Pro alloy or similar.

Our latest Airtec creation is this neat Turbo cooler for the Focus RS Mk1, finished in Polished alloy, it comes with its own fan assembly for extra cooling

Please note. No longer comes with wiring loom, you can wire up to the original loom or run without fan assembly.  Choose from options.

Why fit a Turbo cooler? The Focus RS runs a water cooled Turbo, which in turn is great for the Turbo but not for the cooling system! the water comes into the Turbo at normal engine temperature then Exists the turbo at considerably higher temperture, by fitting a Turbo cooler you cool down this super heated water before it goes back into the cooling system and helps prevent temperture spikes when on boost.

On testing we have seen temperture drops of 8 to 13 degree on normal motorway driving and up to 20 degree drop on full boost 'fast road driving'
