AIRTEC RS500 Style S2 Front Mount intercooler kit with reverse charge carrier - Super stealth Pro-Series Black

Features a 60mm core, Reverse charge carrier due to re-designed intercooler, Custom made Boost hoses that link the charge carrier to the Intercooler and the bottom hose links the Intercooler to the turbo, a new longer top water hose has been made due to the radiator being moved to the right. A pair of Italian slim line fans help cool everything down.

Full fitting kit includes.

  1. 1 x  Pro-Series Black RS500 Style Intercooler  
  2. 1 x Pro-Series Black Reverse charge carrier
  3. 2 x Italian slim line blower fans
  4. 2 x Boost hoses 'Top & Bottom'
  5. 1 x Extended length water top hose 'Thermostat to Radiator'
  6. All brackets for Radiator & Intercooler

We call it the RS500 because the overall core is close to the same size of our Cosworth intercoolers and this means the Intercooler has potential for up to 385bhp. Single pass design, so no boost pressure loss and better throttle response.

Fitting should take about 3 to 4 hours.

Please note. If you already have an Airtec Turbo cooler fitted, it will need to be re-positioned, due to this new Intercooler is BIG!
